Directions:

1. Charging:
   Charge fully before first use by inserting the charging pin into the circular indentation on the bottom of the product. While charging, the light will blink and will stay illuminated when charging is complete.
   
   
2. Power On:
   Hold the button for 3 seconds (LED light will flash).
   
   
3. Cycle through Functions:
   Press the button to switch between speeds and pulsing patterns.
   
   
4. Power Off:
   To turn off, hold the button for 3 seconds until the light turns off.
   

Care Instructions:
